Wearing a mix of sweet pastel colors while strolling around in Pittsburgh's Bloomfield. I love tossing sugary colors together; light blue, cotton candy pink and a soft, almost white turquoise. The Peplum lace top is one of those perfect items to have in your wardrobe since it goes with everything and I love its beautiful shade of blue, peplum and 3/4 sleeves. I'm still exploring Pittsburgh, the City has amazing colored bridges and some totally cute neighborhoods, pastel houses and shacks. I arrived just in time to enjoy the beautiful blossoms!
